7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Vehicles must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Vehicles are to be used only for their intended purposes and within specified passenger or weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Constraints
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in North Shields will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may result from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is capped at the rental amount paid within the last 12 months.
