7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited vehicle uses:

• Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any activities that pose a risk to safety. Transporting hazardous materials is forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal. The vehicle must only be used for its intended purpose and within designated passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical areas without prior permission is not permitted.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire North Shields is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in this region.
